FFE - EMOTICOANELE SI ZIUA EUROPEI

    In fiecare an , pe 9 Mai sarbatorim "Ziua Europei", zi marcata prin numeroase manifestari. Printre acestea se numara si  Festivalul Filmului European, care nu este altceva decat o mare petrecere la care sunt invitati toti prietenii Europei.

  Anul acesta se implinesc 20 de ani de la prima astfel de petrecere, motiv pentru care vom fi rasfatati cu  85 de filme ce vor fi proiectate în cele 6 orașe gazdă ale FFE:
    - București 5-15 mai;
    - Baia Mare 13-15 mai;
    - Cluj-Napoca 20-22 mai;
    - Tîrgu Mureș 20-22 mai;
    - Hunedoara 27-29 mai;
    - Timișoara 27-29 mai.

 

 Festivalul Filmului European este organizat de Institutul Cultural Român, împreună cu Reprezentanţa Comisiei Europene în România, cu sprijinul ambasadelor şi centrelor culturale ale ţărilor europene, sub patronajul EUNIC București.

  In plus, anul acesta este "anul Shakespeare 400" , motiv pentru care Festivalul va avea o secțiune specială Shakespeare, cu cinci filme, dintre care două versiuni excepționale ale lui Hamlet.

   Si pentru ca orasul meu, Cluj-Napoca, se afla în cursa pentru desemnarea Capitalei Culturale Europene 2021, m-am gandit sa va prezint unul dintre filmele proiectate aici , sub forma de...emoticoane. M-am oprit la "Conversatia angelica" , o drama in regia lui Derek Jarman , dupa un scenariu de William Shakespeare (sonete). Derek Jarman își descrie filmul ca fiind „o lume de vis, o lume de magie și vrăjitorie, deși există imagini cu mașini și sisteme radar, care ne amintesc că există un preț care trebuie plătit pentru a câștiga acest vis într-o lume a violenței.”. Eseu despre un tanar aflat in cautarea dragostei , acest film se petrece intr-un peisaj de vis , prezentand o viziune radicală și evocativă a poeziei de dragoste shakespereane.
